THE MILESTONE OF 2003!

As we ended 2002 and looked forward into 2003, I had several objectives that we had to accomplish to better serve each of you, our valued members.

None was more important than the expansion and upgrade of our Network Architecture.  This year we spent over $250,000 to expand and upgrade our network throughout the state of Oklahoma.  As a result, we have more than doubled our coverage area and are now in more than 180 communities throughout our state.

In addition to expanding our coverage area, we also upgraded its capabilities to ensure that each of our members receives the fastest and most dependable Internet dial-up access experience available.  An important part of this expansion and upgrade was the upgrade of our entire network to support V.92 MOH (ďmodem on holdĒ) technology.  This cutting edge technology allows our members to receive telephone calls while surfing the Internet (no longer do they need a second telephone line to avoid missing important telephone calls) as well as allowing faster surfing and faster downloads.

From time to time I am asked why we donít lower the prices on our offerings.  The answer is simple.  In order to be able to keep up with the financial demands of expanding and upgrading our network, we must have adequate financial resources.  We are constantly investing in our network and personnel to insure that you have the fastest, most dependable and most complete dial-up Internet access experience available and it takes money to do that consistently.
